UI Enhancement:
In response to user feedback, we've updated the Email OTP page for enhanced clarity. The term "One-Time Password" has been replaced with "One-Time Code" to better convey the nature of the verification process.
Passport Scanning:
Addressed an issue in the passport scanning feature where, despite camera permissions being enabled, the camera was not displaying. This ensures a smooth experience for users utilizing passport scanning functionality.
eTravel Service:
Now, the eTravel service is available for Pending Foreign accounts, extending the convenience of eTravel to a broader user base.
KYC (Know Your Customer):
In the KYC process, users will now be prompted to add their signature after a successful liveness check selfie. This enhancement further strengthens identity verification for a more secure KYC experience.

In this Hot Fix, our focus is on elevating aesthetics and user experience. The user interface now showcases the eGovPH logo with precision, featuring a seamlessly cropped image for a visually enhanced and polished look.
eSignature:
This Hot Fix brings a comprehensive overhaul to the eSignature feature. We've introduced a more intuitive approach to displaying and hiding signatures, coupled with enhancements to signature size and quality within the user interface.
Scan Passport:
Accelerating the passport scanning process is at the forefront of this Hot Fix. Users will now experience immediate access to the Manual Capture button, eliminating the 15-second wait time. Capture passport details manually at your convenience for a quicker and more user-friendly experience.
Liveness Check:
Accessibility is our priority in this update. We have tailored our Liveness Check to near-sighted users by introducing a NEAR distance threshold to the camera. This empowers users to get closer for a clearer view of guide instructions during the liveness check, ensuring a more inclusive and user-friendly experience for everyone, regardless of visual acuity.
